Toshieboo Designs is owned by Natasha (Tosh) Swingley in Bloomington, IN. Tosh has been crocheting and knitting for over 50 years and, a few years ago, opened an Etsy shop.

She makes baby, teen, and adult wearables such as hats, scarfs/cowls, and fingerless mittens. In the last couple of years she has added animal rag doll loveys. In addition to her store she is available for special orders. One winter, for instance, she made over 30 messy bun/pony hats in a three week period.
